The house is overlooking a nearby valley and the coast of Limassol in the distance. The residence is rammed into the rugged and steep topography of the site creating a very distinct boundary between nature and building. The program called for a relatively small house with three bedrooms, a common living area with a comfortable kitchen, and an outdoor pool and veranda. The private bedrooms are organized on the lower level and the common areas on top allowing for uninterrupted views of the surrounding landscape. Access to the house is possible through a long staircase that leads to the outdoor veranda or through the basement and the underground parking.
