We are interested in engaging in an architect/client dialogue that can encourage the redefinition of programmatic and spatial norms, leading to imaginative ideas and forms. These can generate a unique project in terms of its materiality and formal articulation; a product of the specifics derived from site client and program.

The imaginative use of materials is an integral part of the process, both in the more abstract definition of space but also in the more practical aim of creating a comfortable environment. Passive means of comfort, regulating light and temperature, become an essential part of the architecture: they help to define the final product and not hinder it.

Our practice was established in 2003. We have been awarded four first prize awards and several recognitions in international and local architectural competitions. We were also selected to present our project 'The Mobile buffer Zone' at the Cyprus Pavilion at the Venice Architecture Biennale in 2006 and also co-curated the Cyprus Pavillion in 2008. We were also nominated for the European Mies Van de Rohe award on six occasions.
