A residential tower that wraps around a central courtyard and creates a communal space for the residents. An exterior pool and an exercise area within the green yard helps to activate the ground floor and cater to the needs of both families and younger professionals looking for a place within a high density area close to the city center but with a sense of a habitat that includes both indoor and outdoor spaces. Most of the balconies have South orientation with a series of perforated sliding panels that can shade the exterior spaces of each apartment and also offer privacy if needed. The sliding shades can also help Interior and exterior spaces to function more interdependently.
